Products that are customized, engraved, printed, personalized, or specially sourced as per customer requirements are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Customers are requested to thoroughly review and approve all customization details on confirmation via call from team members of Tanu Return Gifts including names, dates, spellings, logos, and artwork proofs before production begins.
Non-customized products may be eligible for return or replacement on reporting it to mail id @ tanureturngifts2017@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery only if the product is completely damaged or any mismatch in ordered product.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Share clear photos and a complete 360-degree unboxing video showing the product and packaging.
Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.
Upon verification, we may offer:
A replacement product of the ordered item
Or A refund, only where it is applicable.
After we receive and inspect the returned product and verify the issue, we will initiate refund processing.
Approved Refunds (less cancellation/deduction, if any) will be made by the same mode of payment used for the original purchase (bank transfer, upi,credit card, etc.), within 7 to 14 working days from acceptance of return.
We will notify you when the refund is processed.
Shipping charges, handling charges, and customization charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, cancellation is generally not permitted.
In exceptional situations, if you request cancellation of non-customized products before dispatch, we may accept it, but we will deduct a cancellation fee of 15% to 20% of the order value (to cover processing, transportation and packing charges.).
Once customization, engraving, printing, or procurement has begun, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
If the return is due to a damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be borne by Tanu Return Gifts.
For any approved customer-initiated returns of non-customized products, return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
